I OFFER 1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING, SMALL GROUP BOOKINGS, AND CLASSES- IN AN AGREED LOCATION OR EVEN IN YOUR HOME/GARDEN. DISCOUNTED RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR BLOCK BOOKINGS AND 2-1 SESSIONS.
ALL OPTIONS INCLUDE A NUTRITION BREAKDOWN CALCULATED PERSONALLY FOR YOU. ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS WILL ALSO BE MADE FOR YOU TO DO ON TOP OF THE FACE TO FACE TRAINING. YOU CAN CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO EACH WEEK. I WILL BRING THE EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING PRODUCTS.
PRICES ARE FOR 45 MINUTE SESSIONS, WHICH CAN BE SPLIT EACH WEEK AND WE CAN DETERMINE TOGETHER DATES/ TIMES- WANT TO WORK OUT WITH YOUR PARTNER OR FRIEND? SIGN UP TOGETHER TO GET 5% OFF YOUR FIRST BLOCK BOOKING EACH.
If you don't want to try out online coaching or personal training just yet, but would like to improve your fitness, have some fun and work hard, then the boot-camp/outdoor classes could be the right option for you.
Based at Stewart Park, maximum 10 people on a first come first served basis. These sessions aren't tailored to one person as everyone is welcome. Get ready to have a full body workout, working on general fitness, strength and body-weight exercises. Check out my social media for updates on these classes. Full body burn will run on Mondays at 2pm.
Block bookings of the classes can be made- get 6 sessions for £15.
These challenges will run for 6 weeks and include one session face to face each week, as well as you getting a plan to do 3 x a week by yourself. It will cost £50 but you will also get nutritional advice and be added into a group chat with all the members. Contact me to register your interest and keep an eye out for more details.
